We hope you love everything you order from Sabby’s Chic Boutique! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned for full refund within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for return, items must be:

◦ Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

◦ Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or perfume

◦ In the original packaging with tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items

• Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)

• Bodysuits

• Gift cards

3. Return Process

1. Email SabbysChicBoutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond with return authorization and mailing instructions.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your full refund (minus any original shipping costs).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right quickly with an exchange or full refund.

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Sabby’s Chic Boutique Shipping Policy

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard shipping within the U.S. is calculated at a flat rate of $7.95 Per Order. Orders over $100.00 are FREE!

• Free shipping is occasionally offered during promotions (check our homepage or newsletter!).

• Typical delivery times:

◦ Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once your order has shipped, Sabby’s Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future!)
